| How to Play Bingo |
How to Play BingoBingo is a game of chance that is hugely popular worldwide and is one of the fastest growing games online. This is down to the networking power of the Interent which is making it easier and easier for bingo fans to find a game that suits them at any time of the day or night. plus it´s a great way to chat and find new friends online. This is a beautifully simple game to play: each bingo player gets 6 cards with a total of 90 numbers. On eachsheet, there are 27 spaces grouped in 9 x 3. Each number is unique to the sheet. Your aim is to match the numbers that are called out with the numbers that you have on your sheet, so that you end up with a pattern reading BINGO. The pattern is announced at the start of each game, so make sure you are on the ball at the start. The cards have the following letters "B-I-N-G-O"s on rows and numbers running as a column. A letter-number is called out- its up to you to mark it down on your sheet. If you can mark out the pattern that is marked out with the BINGO letters, you yell out "BINGO!" in a land-based venue or bingo hall: the card patterns can be horizontal or vertical, or even U shaped or T shaped. If you are the only person shouting out "Bingo!", you scoop the prize. if there is more than one person yelling out "Bingo!", the prize is distributed evenly amongst the winners. The fundamentals of playing bingo online are the same. You will have to finish off a given pattern to sccop the jackpot. Obviously online, there is no need to shout "Bingo" (well you can if you like but mind the neighbours). Most sites enable you to chat while you play, so the social side of the game is just as strong online, and there are often side games like scratch cards and slots to keep you entertained while you wait for the next game to start. In online bingo your cards are randomly picked by the computer which is audited by a third party to ensure that the play is fair. You can play with multiple cards: as many as 100 on some sites. Normally people play with a maximum of 3 or 4 cards. |
